Deficit Hawk Obama: 'We Finally Need to Get Our Fiscal House in Order'

Time for a little Saturday morning comedy from Barack Obama. Problem is, nobody's laughing.
Obama sounded a positive note about negotiations over raising the federal government's debt limit.

"The good news is, we agree on some of the big things," he said. "We agree that after a decade of racking up deficits and debt, we finally need to get our fiscal house in order."
A decade of racking up deficits and debts? Uh, more like 30 months. But nice try and thanks for playing.

Seems to me when he speaks of shared sacrifice he's talking about the GOP sacrificing their campaign pledges to go along with him.

Used to be everyone laughed at his jokes. It appears these days the laughter has died, along with his political future.

He says this from time to time  to try to trick us. But no one is fooled. The Right just ignores him. The Left doesn't care. The JournOList media are the only ones who jump and squeal like sixteen year old girls every time he speaks still.
